The 9th International Conference on Unsaturated Soils (UNSAT 2027) is organized under the auspices of the Technical Committee on Unsaturated Soils of ASCE Geo-Institute and TC106 of the International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE).

ISSMGE and TC106
The International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE) is the main international organization representing professionals involved in geotechnical engineering, including engineers, academics, and industry practitioners. With 90 Member Societies and more than 21,000 individual members worldwide, ISSMGE provides a global platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and advancement in geotechnical engineering.
The Technical Committee on Unsaturated Soils (TC106) of ISSMGE promotes research, collaboration, and knowledge exchange on the behaviour and engineering applications of unsaturated soils. The committee provides an international platform for researchers and practitioners to discuss advances in the characterization, modelling, and practical implementation of unsaturated soil mechanics in geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering.
